Terms & Conditions

Buyer – is the individual who or organisation which agrees to buy the goods from the seller.
Seller – is Alarmworld, a division of Bradgate Supplies, Springboard Centre, Coalville,
LE67 3DW.
Goods – the articles which the buyer agrees to buy from the seller.

The Terms and Conditions do not affect the buyer or seller's statutory rights and shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer.

Acceptance of delivery of the goods will be deemed conclusive evidence of the buyer'
s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any variation shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the seller.

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer from the buyer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the seller. The seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

If the goods are not available from stock, the buyer will be given the option to wait until available or to receive a full refund.

Price & Payment
The price of the goods shall be that stipulated on the seller`s website. The price is inclusive of VAT.

The total price including VAT and delivery charges will be displayed prior to confirming the order. Payment must be made in full prior to despatch of the goods.

The seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website or to withdraw any goods at any time.

All goods supplied by the seller have a twelve month return warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. If goods are damaged in transit it is the buyer`s responsibility to notify the carrier at point of signature and to notify the seller.

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 7 working days of receipt of order.

The seller shall endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates, but in the event that dates cannot be met we will contact the buyer by email or telephone to arrange revised dates or refund.

Delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer’s address specified in the order and the buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk of the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Refund Policy
If the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract, the seller will give a full refund within 7 days of delivery provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging.

The buyer has the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods must then be returned at the buyers cost and a refund will be given within 7 days. Should the goods be found to be damaged due to poor return packaging, the buyer will be liable for this cost.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the seller or shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

The seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its control: i.e. acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of machinery, shortage or unavailability of materials.

The seller is committed to protecting the buyer’s privacy. The seller will only use the information which is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The seller will not retain any credit details in clear text on any website.
